    Hasn't Bush openly admitted his guilt, and that of his administration, in NOT doing things as fast as they should have?

    Much as I'm not a GWB fan, I gotta respect coming out and publicly holding his hands up to his errors though. Doesn't excuse the errors in the first place of course!

    I'm really not a fan of George Bush, but this just wasn't his fault. The mayor of N.O. waited so long, as to basically wait til the storm had already hit, before he forced evacuation. Hell, even the mayor had taken blame.

    Bush has done what he can. I don't think they got there in a very timely manner, but they showed up, none-the-less.

    I think it's his ego now that loves to go after bush it's gone to his head.

    No, he can't, according to the Constitution, which gives independant rights to the city and state. He can personally go there, but as far as making a federal gesture, he couldn't.

    The N.O. mayor openly admitted that it was his fault for so many people dying.
