Anyone seen one driving around lately? I saw one in the grocery store parking lot on Thanksgiving. Was tempted to track down the driver and ask him for a ride to save myself the trip to the dealership. lol

Aside from taking one of them for a test drive, I've seen only about five on the road thus far. I'm sure as the holidays approach, we'll be seeing a lot more of them on the road.Originally Posted by Smithman

Yeah, that'd be a pretty sweet option.
I'd imagine if you were easy on the accelerator and didn't gun it, you could probably increase the mpg, but then what fun would that be?
Exactly! I think these figures (14/18) are for the V8 with cylinder deactivation. Probably driven gingerly for maximum efficiency. If you buried the gas pedal, I'd be surprised if you'd get more than 10 mpg.

But how much fun would burying the pedal be?Originally Posted by PerfAdv
Depends if you buried it in mud or hard asphalt?Originally Posted by Smithman

Both have their merits, though I'm more of a mud-splattered Jeep kinda guy.Originally Posted by PerfAdv
