    Duesenberg vs Packard

    Which do you like more and why ?

    Depends on the models we're talking about...

    I personally love the Duesenberg roadster from the 30's, it was so glamorous and a real classic design, so I'd probably pick Duesenberg.

    at the time both cars were produced the Duesenberg had a superior engine, chassis were probably of similar construction and body styles were more extravagent for the Duesy. So were the prices...

    Definately Duesenberg. Don't think I have ever seen more elgant motors come out of America - at the time - and they were way ahead in technology.

    DUESENBERG! They were, and are, the very best luxury cars in the world IMO.

    The Duesenberg's combination of advanced engineering, extravagant style, and exclusivity would make them my choice. But there's no denying Packard produced exquisite cars of their own that had style and quality to match any of its contemporaries. There would be no shame whatsoever in "settling" for a Packard!
