Do you read the press releas?

I can't help but notice how many press release articles are posted on forums (I only participate in maybe three auto forums). Do you read these? I rarely do, sometimes just to get a general idea. I find them quite boring, then maybe I am. Just to think, the manufacture is obvious only going to try to say good things about the vehicle, to market it. Compare all the good specs, like a annoying commercial.

I like to read, but don't have all the time for these tedious press releases. Online magazine articles are usually where I go, and discussion forums as well.

In fact, I sometimes get angry at press release, and think about global domination of the automotive industries...then I just think about ice cream .

I don't read press releases. It's a wordy spec sheet. Magazine articles have some insight. Forums, help validate or dispose ones biases.

I only read them when I'm very interested in a car. Other wise, I don't bother.
