Nice car, too bad theres no wing, only corners affected are the occasional fast ones that need lateral grip. Very very very good brakes, as powerful as the Evo, but way more feel in them.

Tuned Roadgoing Cars: Mazda RX-7 Type RS-R (FD) '97 (from used showroom)

    Racing Exhaust
    Racing Brakes
    Turbo Stage 4
    Large Intercooler
    Racing Chip

    Engine Balancing
Fully Customisable Transmission - Set to 18

    New Oil
    Weight Reduction Stage 3
    Stiffening
    (ie max tuning)

Forgot to mention: 40 Ballast, with -35 Distribution ie towards the front (that was to add stability at high speed, it was just being too volatile otherwise)

    Mazda RX-7 Type RS-R (FD) '97 - 589bhp - 6'14.256

Dont know how this car went round so fast, didnt feel exceptionally fast. It was pretty light though (1128kg vs the Skyline 1311kg), power:weight werent too bad either (1.917 vs Skyline 1.498). (compared to Skyline as its fastest so far). I really like the look of the RX-7...

Been off GT4 for a while, playing nfs:mw. For me, it's wasn't easy to switch back to GT4, took some practice to get back into shape. Still, acouple of secs wouldn't be impossible to shave off it.

Very nice car, to get round the 'Ring that fast with only 484BHP is an achievement. Too bad they decided to stop making it in real life. Heres hoping theres a replacement some day.

standard roadgoing time- first time poster

this motivated me to sign up for an account. ford gt40 2002 road car, standard, 8:11. i will be cutting a lot off that, its only my second lap on n2 tires. crawling around. i also had an off at the chicane which cost me time, as i went overboard to avoid grasscutting.. ugh. so make of that what you will. totally revitalizes the game for me, definitely way more realistic. btw i drove the ring in real life in under 10 minutes in a volvo station wagon rental car i'll be editing this in a bit, i know i can get under 8 min
