in the episode where nigel masell was the guest, JC said the stig could do it in 1:44. Mansel did 1:44 also.

Fastest lap is set by The Stig in 1.44.000 and Nigell Mansel did it in 1.44.200s ofcourse both by Suzuki.

JC said Stig "thinks" there is a 1:44 in the car....from that tone I think he hasn't done a 1:44 yet....
