Erm...Classic Adelaide road rally thing help...

I was watching TV, when a thing came on about a 'Classic Adelaide" race. I think there was one in Tasmania a week or two before as well...I recognised the stunning black De Tomaso Pantera...
I watched it enthralled, as I dont get to watch things like that much.

    Does anyone have pics?
Does anyone know what Im talking about.

I mean...Its not like F1 or WRC or anything like that, just private entries.
I may be wrong, but thats the way I see it.

I was there, have around 1500 photographs. There's a thread somewhere in the hide-out containing photographs from the Ferrari Media website containing some high-res shots of some of the Ferraris in attendance.
I have already posted up several of my shots around UCP, if you look for them you can find them.

    Theyre hardly unofficial..

Porsche usually gives strong local, factory support and Subaru gave up the ARC to give road rallying some focus. It is mostly private entry though. Targa Tassie usually gets Ford and Holden involved though...2003 Ford ran a development XR6T at Tassie with the same guys that are running their ARC program

It goes right by my house, so I go down to watch it every year. The first pic is the Pantera, the others are randoms.

    Wow you're lucky.
Lol the pic is 800KB! DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG THAT WILL TAKE?
How much grief that will cause me?
The 3rd pic..from here it looks like an F40, but the back makes me think GT40
Is it a Ford or Ferrari?

It's an original Ford GT40, don't know how you can see a F40 in it.
