    Ford US vs. Euro Ford

Asking the obvious? or do you just want to 'rub it in'?

It is blatantly obviously clear that US Ford does care about the US car market that much. Partly because the F- 150 trucks sell a average of nearly a million (950,000) annually in the US alone (making it the most/best selling vechile in the world, currently.), not to mention the Explorer sales. The F-150's sells nearly three times [the annual average] more then the best selling car in America. (Camry or Accord).
So, my guess is that Ford US believes that with the Truck/SUV sales the way they are a moderate market share of the US car market is good enough.

And comparing the Falcon and Fusion is a mismatch.
If anything compare the AU Ford Falcon to the US Ford Taurus

Possibly true that the only "great" ones from and sold BY Ford USA were aftermarket, but don't brand the whole company that way. ( Besides I'm sure others will be pointing out some more great Ford cars )
I was talking about Ford U.S.A.
Ford in Australia has a lot of cool RWD performance sedans compared the 1 produced in the last 10 years that would lose to a Honda Accord.

I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

As it's an international forum it's best to be specific OR at least put your location in your profile so that readers can make those assumptions for you
If you REALLY need somewhere to put useless thought-funny comments then use your sig !!!!

Ford Australia arent self reliant though, you wouldnt say the same about Ford EU or Ford US.

Ford EU attempts at making drivers cars and not just those that they think will sell, so my vote goes to them.

    Wing and stikkas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As bad as the Ford ST models sporting twin stripes

BUT I am NOT a fan of teh "only available in ORANGE" of the new Focus ST

You can always add the STIKKAS yourself if you REALLY want 'em

Thank God for that !! What about that ricer-inspired wing tho' ? It's like a step back to the 80s and the Cosworth pram handle

    Que?

There's some chump round here pootling about in his new Focus ST in Tasty Blue with white "ST" stickers down the side.

As for the orange itself - it stands apart from everyone else's "hot hatch red" - VW Golf GTI, Astra VXR, etc.

Ford Europe make good cars, Ford America makes cars which aren't quite as good as you'd hope/think/expect, Ford Australia makes interesting cars.
    Thanks for all the fish
