Wow, you got those shots up quickly. Too bad it's already been stated that there will be manual for NA.

It is basically inconsequential - there is next to 0 market for it. I don't think many gearheads would buy this car anyways - you vote with your wallet and for most of us that means enthusiast cars.

I think it's more a desire of having the same amount of choice we have over here. But in the end you are right, people vote with the wallet and if you are an enthusiast you're probably going to spend your money in something more interesting.

I guess, but I'd like to pick one up in the future for cheap. I haven't had a chance yet to get a car with a manual, and I've been dying to learn.

Plus I've been waiting for a Honda wagon for a long time, and it's a bit of a disappointment now.

At this rate, there won't be any manuals in the future!

Manuals are a dying breed, that's for sure. Altough I think they will still stay with us for some time. Especially in Europe and developping countries.

For sure, it seems like there's a small foothold in Europe and developing countries. But it seems like they're dying out faster in America. It never really caught on.

Fortunately it's not small in Europe. I'd say that their market share must still be around 50%, maybe more. Especially in southern european countries, where it might be around 70-80%.
