What type(s) of billiards do you play?

I'm a big fan of billiard games like snooker and pool. But what do you play?

Well I play Snooker, 14.1, 9-ball and 3-cushion (although I suck at the last one)

Not exactly sure because I've never heard of most of those definitions here but I voted for 'Straight Pool' which I think fits the description - seven balls each and then the black?

I first started playing my favourite game at 15 and got to be pretty good at it, if I might say. Even cleaning up off the break became no longer the 'miracle occurance' it once was - just a bit of luck and you were in with a chance, if not in like Flynn. Nowdays not so great though, due to a mangled knee. But it's always been a great feeling to walk up to a challenge table in any tough pub and put your coin down, play for beers and take on all comers while the jukebox blasts it out

Hereabouts the rules depend on which region you're in. In some areas of Oz you have to nominate the pocket or forfeit, while others there's simply no penalties at all. My favorite is no penalty off the break or when you're on the black, otherwise a two-shot rule applies
