Don't think there are any currently on the site, but if you put in a request in this thread then I'm sure the high res team will do their best for you.

I got to checking on this last week, as I was curious and wanting some hi-res media pics of the Redbull and Toro Rosso teams...
Red Bull does have a media site, but requires a log in.
Torro Rosso doesn't have jack.
