i have to say the chop isnt bad. but i ask, what's the point?

i was thinking about doing some modifications to the car instead of selling it, doing something on a budget, doing all the work myself, and making one heck of a custom car. i did the chop and it looked alright, but i couldnt see myself spending all this time doing work to a car which is worth next to nothing if i try and sell it. also, its just like a concept car, 90% are never to make it into production, but why do they make them, spark consumer interest, working exercise, bit of fun.
