    It is lol.. I noticed plenty of comparisons with the 4850 and the new cards when testing the newer one's.. I don't mind waiting as i have plenty of time, and not enough money. All i know is, this pc will need to be future proof. X4 cpu is good. and hopefully the 5850 will last me a good 2-4 years. and play modern up to date games throughout this time.

    also my eyes spotted this. AMD X6 1055T $213. Very cheap.

    It'll play modern up to date games, but after 2-4 years it won't be at super top shinyness. I'd say get the 5xxx series over the 4xxx series, unless you want to overcl0x0rz your s0x0rz.
