Sure... but wasn't that taped at an apartment complex? Hard to believe cars were there but owners not at home.
Especially in that weather. BTW, watch in future for "repaired" flood-damaged cars for sale.
Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...

FYI the dam was at 74.2m at lunchtime
Wivenhoe Dam emergeny 'fuse plug' spills at 75.2M as the fuse plug dissipates when it gets so high as it's built with soft material like sand so that when water reaches that point, the sand washes away allowing the water to escape:

    Secondary Spillway
Type Ogee crest spillway with limited
    concrete lining controlled by fuse
    plug embankments
Number of Fuse Plug Embankments 3
Size of each Fuse Plug Embankment Bay 1 (centre) 34m wide
    Bay 2 (LHS) 64m wide
    Bay 3 (RHS) 65m wide
Initiation Levels Bay 1 (centre) EL75.7
    Bay 2 (LHS) EL76.2
    Bay 3 (RHS) EL76.7

So its like a disposable wall, first one will dissolve @ 75.7, and thats 34m wide. the next one (LHS) is 76.2m, and the last is 76.7. at that point there is 165 meters of "spillway", say good bye brisbane
to make it even more eery the sudden dump of water from all 5 sluice gates being opened last night (+ the fuse plug if it gets there - which looks likely..) will pretty much have a head on collision with a king/high tide tomorrow.
where will the collision occur? right where the river passes through the CBD

But you guys are f*cked for a long time to come from this.

    amazing pics here:
Australian flooding - The Big Picture - Boston.com

Seasonal flooding across eastern Australia has been widespread and devastating this spring - their wettest on record. Cyclone Tasha came along two weeks ago, and dumped even more water on Queensland. Hundreds of thousands of people in an area the size of France and Germany combined are now affected, and at least nine people have been killed so far. Authorities are working to evacuate some communities and airlift supplies to others as the water level is expected to continue rising over the next two days and 38 regions were declared natural disaster areas. Collected here are photos from the recent flooding around Australia and its effect on residents and animals
    helicopter pic is badass.
