Mclaren F1 GTR, if any one wants video of it that I took, I'll try to upload it.
I also can't get enough of old big block muscle cars with a lumpy cam.

Nissan's VQ35DE is greatt. in the 350Z and G35 and FX35. good everyday sounds. esp around 4000 RPM when the 260 odd ft/lbs of torque kick in.

i've heard an enzo from afar. and DAMN!. i've been in a 996 911 TURBO and that thing is bad ass. many cars have ncie sounds. i love deap throaty loud ones.

imo a bmw straight 6 is always nice when its having its nuts revved off. also alfa v6's sound sweet as, a 156 gta drove past work on thursday at full whack, i almost messed myself. panoz esperante gtr le mans racer was so loud it actually hurt. the corvette c5r sounded good too, nice low grumbly v8.

Last friday i heard an AM Vantage being driven at full throttle in a village and it sounded beautiful and was really loud but it still cant beat the sound of a F430...

the sound of the m3, the pagani zonda, and the carrera gt. sounds of heaven. either those, or the huge 455's of the muscle car era. and definitely the f1 v10's.

The only 'proper cars' that I've ever heard at full tilt are a Gallardo, an SL55, a new V8 Vantage, a Noble M12, a 911 Turbo, a Conti GT and a 360.

But out of those I'd either go for the Spitfire rumble of the Gallardo or the fighter plane screechy/whooshy noise of the M12. The Vantage's noise is over-rated.

Does anyone have video/link to a video of the 787b? I've never heard one.

This isn't the best by far, but it still sounded good, a Mini Cooper S Works with a massive intake and exhaust being flogged, great sound

787B - one of the best sounding race engines ever.

My mate has the 'nose cone' from one of those that raced at Le Mans.
