Yet another classic example of a warm welcome from UCP members to a new member. Someone makes a typo and speaks differently from the community (which I think is resapnably well spoken for mainstream car forums) and gets bashed. No doubt, the new member attacks back and makes a poor first impression but do you guys gotta jump on every new member that comes here?

Please point out where David bashed this kid. All David did was point out it's Aston Martin, not Austin, and the new guy attacked.

If someone new wants to treat another member like sh*t just for pointing out the right well to spell a word, he better be prepared for the rest of us to treat him like sh*t back.

I didn't say David did bash him, but others did. I guess you can treat him badly after his lash out but I just think that flaming someone is not a good thing. A well reasoned balanced counter to his swearing and insulting behaviour would I think have been a better course of action, or simply ignoring it.
