IIRC, the Enzo is the first 600+hp road-going Ferrari, so what's your point? Yes, an AMG S, SL, and CL has more power than a F430, but they also carry close to 500 kilos more weight.

THINK OF ALL THE GAS! JUST THINK!. Sorry just had to say that. Today, car manufactorers make cars that are smaller in power but still have the same performance, why? That is because of the lighter materials.
Um there is no continous need of "horsepower".
Sometimess negative horses is a GOOD thing.
First go and drive a 300hp car round a track and see what it's like.
As long as it's not in your class, stick out of it.
