Hamann Gets Hold Of The M5

German tuner Hamann has announced a new Wide Body package for the BMW M5 sedan. The car gets a revamped interior, custom wheels (19-21in), a wide body aerodynamics kit, lowered suspension, and carbon fiber treatments throughout. It also has increased output of 567 horsepower and a top speed of 200 mph. A special brake kit keeps all that power under control, with slotted and internally-ventillated 380 mm discs with eight-piston calipers. Lastly, it has a new four-pipe Hamann silencer with a sound “enough to give you goosebumps.”

I'm not a fan of BMW's new designs, but that kit offers no improvement in looks! Just my opinion;-)

It looks like too much. The wide fenders and the red interior carbon fiber accents look like they were robbed from a done up civic....

I say that's it just at the point of overkill and a very good custom job. It could go either way, the interior however in non-negoitable..ORANGE CARBON FIBER...SICKKKKKKKKK

You know, I agree with bmwpower it is on the line between good and bad, but I think I like it, I like the outside, the inside is a little too much.

    No Sale.

I just see the reason to "rice" up an M5.

Phwoar! It looks like a BMW DTM car - don't like the colour of the interior, but I definitely like the half leather/half alcantara thing.

I like the wheels and that's all. This body kit looks really ugly.
