    I'd opt for the Bigmac.

The Porsche it seems was a monster, not only technically but also to drive. The aero on the Porsche was apparently of such a state that the test-drivers regularly reported the rear-end to become air-born at high speed. I don't have the complete story, but apparently that's why later versions featured a ''plank'' across the two seperate rear wings.

Honestly, either one would do just fine if I was a collector with enough cash, but I'm a huge fan of the McLaren. Having an LM on top of that would make my life.

Sorry if I cannot express myself correctly, but I don't know English as good as I want, so my answers will probably be the same in many cases.

I dont think the Porsche is street legal, and I know I could never use it on the street to go that fast and all that BS but come on, I want to use it if I buy it. So its the Mac for me.

The McLaren weighs more, accelerstion is slower, not sure about power for the McLaren I think it was around 627bhp. Well 0-100 in 2.7 secs is amazing and the top speed for the long tail is just as impressive. I guess it depends do you want somwthing more for the track or the road? If you want to pretend to be Steve McQueen and live your Le Mans fantasy then the Porsche, If you want real world performance with street practicality then the McLaren. Since I'm quite tall I would choose the McLaren because I would have a better chance of fitting in it and I guess the cred that comes with it. It was everybodies favourite car for it's records and if it didn't have them would it have been a favourite?

A 917 K was a pure racing machine and unlike the 956 never suitable for street use. In terms of pure speed it would blow away the McLaren though if that is what you are after. Apart from the that this comparison is a bit odd.

Better to have a comparison between an Enzo and the 917.

Thinking about it, get a 917, get on the track full of FXXs. Booyah.

only the turbo 917-30 would have a chance there.

I voted for the McLaren because you can drive it on the street and its more pracitcal. But if I hade enough money for both belive me id have them both and make a perfect clone of the 917 to take to Laguna and other tracks like that so I didnt hurt the orignal.

I love porsche with all my heart, but in this case I have to go with mclaren. The 917 is too much of a brute, that and it's not street legal. I'll take the F1.

    I.... uuhh.... DAMN IT! I don't know

They kick so much ass and they both hit the same emotional chords with me.

I think I'd take the 917K if I wanted to go racing, but normally I'll take the F1 for the simple reason that I can drive it on the road... and it looks better.
