    Anybody who joined last season and was not active the entire season cannot join this season. (unless they plan on being active the entire season)

    Now someone might think that the remaining cars are not good enough to start playing with, but in the only public game I've been in, out of the top teams there was only one Renault in top 8 overall points. Both Red Bulls, both Midlands, a Toro Rosso and a Williams were in top 8, and I won the game with a Toyota.

    So all teams can be considered competitive, and only 12 seats are free.
