But in the original voting threads My comment recieved 5 votes, :Exige:'s 4.

If we're going top three Rockefella's needs to be included, but Runoff's are usually only when there is a tied vote.

I'm a bit confused, thats all.

From what I've observed, the Runoff is between top scores from the 2 threads.

Perfav's right. The if both yours and Exige's had been in the same thread some people might have voted differently. gah I can't explain it but you're a smart man, I'm sure you can figure out why

I can't figure out why Rockefella, who got the exact same amount of Votes as :Exige: wasn't included in the poll if it's between the top two scores.

Also we had a winner at the first stage of Voting last round, but no runoff was ordered for second place.

It's between the top from each voting thread, not the top overall. That's how Joris does it.
