I'm with Drakkie, there are few autos as simply elegant as a Cisitalia...
and it was waaayyy ahead of it's time. An influence on every post-war
sports car manufacturer in design and execution. Except maybe Porsche.

But the Bugatti Atlantic, Ferrari Lusso, Siata 803 and Lancia B-24 are up there too. Frankly, it's like asking what one's favorite painting or song is. Pretty tough to narrow down to just one.

Since some are referring to their avatars... naturally, I think the CSL is a winner, and while I love mine, it's not my favorite.

I would say my favorite stock classic car is a 1968 chevelle malubu ss package because it had the most power for the money and a reguler blue collar man could afford it.

But my favorite cars that I could beef up would be a 69' chevelle. And a 40's ford flathead 8cylinder because the motor is strong enough to run off 100% alcohol(moonshine). I really don't care for fords but who would pass up a car that could burn moonshine.
    Horse power sells motors.
    Torque wins races.

Probally the 1971 Nova SS with the 396. Nothing compares to its bold tough stuff design. Either that or my beloved 1966 olds Toronado. Im more into the tanks
