Well, i have someone coming to look at the Vette next week so hopefully he can take pics as the new owner. The Plymouth is a PITA to get at because it's stored under a couple covers and sitting in a very hard to get at spot in the shop. Maybe if the Vette doesn't sell i can, but the Plymouth is just too hard to deal with. Sorry.

Oh, that's not good to hear. Could you possibly settle the Plymouth fiasco soon enough to keep the 'Vette?

Doubtful. There is pre-trial yet and that's still a couple months off.

    Finally!

I've gotten around to Egg-Nogging the Fiat. I'll do the Lotus another time - it's in another place, unfortunately. But this is a start at least.

Ps - mug shot was girlfriend's idea ... humph.

I now realise you're not the ideal fit for a Fiat 500.
For what I remeber from sitting behind the wheel of a MKI Elan, it must be a tight fit for you to!

    Haha!

Indeed, I get some funny looks folding myself out of the Fiat, but it is surprisingly roomy. I can drive it ok (just).

As for the Lotus, yup, that's tight too! But the biggest problem is the size of my feet... I have to carefully select my footwear if I know I'm going to be driving the Lotus. If my shoes are too wide I can't depress the accelerator without catching the brake and braking presses all three pedals at once! (Have to wear my trainers or Campers ...)

That happens to me a lot on my Fiat. The brake and the gas pedals are so close that you don't need to heel and toe. You just use the right and left sides of your foot to use both pedals. I have a very comfortable pair of Timberland boots that I can't use in the Fiat, and now, I discovered can't quite use them on the Miata either.

Tell me about it - the Lotus sits in a rented garage in my home town and I wore my Doc Martens home on the train one weekend without thinking (weather was bad) ... went to fetch the car, couldn't bloody drive it. Weekend wasted!

Ps - I do love your Fiat ... classy little car!
