Last week I played the original and Rogue Spear, on a shitty old computer made by Hyundai incidentally, and had a lotta fun. Despite massive pixelation of everything that game is still awesome ten years down the line.

It isn't class leading - look no further than the Accord and Camry for class leading. Look at sales. Look at reviews. The Slobalt lags behind it's Japanese competition.

Slobalt LS's are selling for $9,999 for Christ sake.

Why would it be better than the Accord/Camry? Of course it isn't, the Malibu competes with them, not the Slobalt.

As for Slo vs. Civic, build/overall quality is obviously better in the Civic, but you pay for it. I don't think there are a lot of better deals than a Slo for the price.

Again, $9,999 for a brand new 2009 Slo LS? Phuck yes.

Fiz, you are not gonna walk of the lot of a Honda dealership paying 17k for a Civic - not now.

Also, were GM not in the middle of bankruptcy and we in the middle of the economic crisis you'd be paying a lot more for the Cobalt which MSRP is $15,325 - still considerably cheaper than the Civic but I doubt (I hate to say this for a bread and butter car) you are getting as good a "driver's car" (ugh) in the Cobalt as opposed to the Civic.

Then again, I have not driven either and reserve the right to be wrong. My point is this: when the auto critics compare econoboxes, even factoring in price - it's not the Cobalt that they select - it's the Civic and Corolla.
