    wow going to be deadly cheao by comparison. I guess i can buy my first system now..I mean the price is amazing and I don't think people with a 360 or PS3 will be able to say much if they bother to compare value, I mean it costs as much as two games!!

    of course you cant compare the systems, one is cheap and so called innovative, the other is pricey and high tech

    thats 2 completely different catagories

    $230 sounds pricey to me for a gamecube with a new controller

    It's not as simple as a GC with a new controller.... It's an all new system alltogether. With it's price so low I might buy this instead of the PS3 which I can't possibly afford unless I ask my parents.

    how does the wii system handle different than the g-cube? its performance, physics and AI are old school.

    they have rested the entire fate of the company on that lame @$$ controller

    $229 not bad compared to PS3...face it guys...70% of all Nintendo buyers are kids...they have to make it cheap so the parents will fall for it But Sony has anounced that it PS3 will be about $300-$400...not that much of a difference. I'll take the PS3 plz

    Let's see,$229 will be about 200€ here,then offcourse the prices will START at 350€ The GC started at 250€ and ended at 99€....
