    72' plymouth satellite

A hint from anyone. Being more of a ford guy i need some mopar guys help. I came across a beautifull 72' plymouth satellite that is in a pretty good condition rust-wise and and carrying a sound working 440-6 with a column shift. The guy want's 7500$ for it. Im trying to find out wether its a good buy or not depended on your input about it's desirability, rarity and general availability of parts and info. A thought came to mind about turning it into a roadrunner clone. Good idea or bad? appreciate any input.

Anything with a 440 six pack is probably worth your time. That's my favorite of the Mopar engines.

As to the clone idea, I'm not wild about those, but to each their own. If you'd like to do that, then it's your perogative, and good luck! In the end, working on these cars is what makes them so much fun, so rewarding, and so great.
