    4AGE 20 Valve plus Turbo

Anyone built a 4age 20 v with a turbo, wondering what type of turbo your running. We are looking at building a new car with a smaller powerplant than the 3sgte we are now running now. Looking at using a Garrett gt2871r or a garrett gt2560r. Looking at close to 320-370 fly wheel hp. Any advice, experiences will be greatly appreciated

    Cheers

Why would you stick with the 4AGE powerplant anyways? If you don't mind me asking...

It is concidered as one of the best I-4s in the world...
The original internals is very strong and it's up for loads of tuning... (they will probably not stick with it though)
And it's almost an exact copy of the Ford BDA engien

Not everthing has to be named "skyline" to be good you know??

No I completely agree. But if you can get something stronger from a newer Toyota, why not get it?

After an intense search on google I have come up with this:

3S-GTE: 2.0 DOHC EFI 16V turbo inline four cylinder.

    That looks good.

    I don't know... Japan?

Beats me. All I did was an "intense search", which leads me to this Toyota engine.

It's not like I know anything about it.

All I tried to say earlier is that you should consider other options in your engine choices.
