There are many song's that have been made during wars to calm people down, such a "All the Lonely People" by the Beatles and such, but now with so many cultures and genre's, I have to ask what song, by what genre, truly make's you feel glad to be alive and who you are.

OK...

1) Nice To Know You - Incubus. This is because it's got such a good buildup, the lyrics are great, and at 3:15 you have the best reprise ever.

Wow, I didn't know that's even known outside Finland. You might be bothered knowing the meanings of their lyrics
...or then you're just into that kind of music , I myself find lots of metal music relaxing though it usually works better for getting in the opposite mood.
