Mattmacklind- what car is that? It's nice that you live so close to your dream car and road.

I don't know if its my dream road but its close enough. Maybe just a little smoother. The way there and back is nice too. Its one of those roads you just keep driving on and it loses its name, becomes a route #, and you're kind of remote. The car is a '71 MGB GT. Bored .060 over, mild cam, Lucas sports coil, polyuerethane bushings, heavy duty shock valving on original lever arms, rally springs in the rear, heavier anti-sway bar in front,
15" Minilites w/ 196/60 series tires, overdrive transmission. Its bark is worse than its bite, its still a puppy.
Wow... sounds like a sweet ride! Must be a blast to drive.
1973 Lotus Elan Sprint, hood down, scarf on, having fun in the corners!

Believe it or not, in 1973 the Sprint was faster than anything Ferrari or Porsche were selling and the handling is superior even today. It is the only car I would swap my +2S for...

I'm with you on that. But since I can't afford that dream, I emulate it in the MX-5.Originally Posted by greg.harvey
