Audi Q7... breakthrough, or is it just me?

Maybe I'm living in the future here, but I believe that the Audi Q7 is breaking new ground here. If you look at the commercials for it and such, you'll notice that it's a very techno savvy vehicle that contains an almost perfect balance about it that can promote confidence.

Maybe I've lost my mind, or maybe I did long ago, but to me, this SUV may be what can bring people to where we are, and not to the Retro act that we're following.

Look at it. It oozes purity.

I don't know what to say anymore. I may have found myself, just because of this... *sighs... a sign of relief*

Hahaha... I wouldn't go that far. But I kinda hate the policy of transferring car design proportions, aesthetics and details to SUV's (even if its the same company). Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I prefer a fine line between the two. Makes things much more interesting and refreshing. Although these vehicles are a good illustration of "what would happen if a landcruiser swallowed a A6 r 911?"

    I second that.

The whole soft-roader SUV concept has to be taken out and shot.

The Audi Q7 is one of the best premium SUVs out there. Range Rovers are a getting little too common nowadays and BMW X5s are getting a bit old. The Mercedes ML is too 'chic' for me and the Cayenne is UGLY! The Touraeg however is a VW. Some of the Q7's good points are: it has the most seats (7 seats vs 5 seats in the Cayenne, Touareg, Range Rover, X5 & ML), it has the infamous Audi quattro system underneath, which means it can go futher off road and by off road i mean not the soccer-field off road, i mean Pikes Peak off road. Yes the Range Rover can do the same but come on, people that buy Range Rovers usually have pretentions to a managed estate in Hampshire. People who buy a Q7 pn the ther hand have houses in the countryside, have big families and even bigger wallets! And as for its looks. Well ok i'll admit that its not the most prettiest of things but it will grow on you. Trust me. When my mum first drove our new Q7 back from the dealership, i thought that it looked liked a whale. but now, 2 months on its looks have grown on me. Ah but the only thing wrong that i've found with the Q7 is the new X5-which has 7 seats.

I'm sure if someone put a Q7 and a Sedona in front of you, you'd hop right in that Van. Pshhhh.

I think he may have a good point. However, nothing is bullet proof, but I would surely have this over the Cayenne.

The Cayenne, Touareg and Q7 are virtually all the same thing unless I got something very wrong. I think they are all based on the same platform or whatever, but their guts and obviously their designs are different.
