im waiting for my new pedals (ACT Labs Pedals + Momo + Joystick turned into a sequential shifter = Poor mans G25!) to arrive before testing it, although from what i here the tyre physics aren't amazing, but ill still give it a go (the Demo i mean)

thats a load of bull about the tyre physics. It feels allot more natural then GTR in many ways!

GTR is no yard-stick, i dont like the ISI engine much, and from what i hear GTR (and 2) are behind such sims as LFS and (the now dead) nKPro in the realism stakes

People usually are used to one game and then declare that another game is inferior on the first try at it. Try it yourself, the new tyre physics leaves the first GTR miles behind in the dust.

By the way, I can't wait 'til I get a G25 on Christmas, so I "borrowed" the original leather shift knob from my parents' Acura MDX and made this. Nobody touched this knob for years so I thought I'd make some use outta it instead of letting it rot in the corner of the garage.

im talking bout people who on RSC (like Todd) who aren't really a favourite of one game, and who point out certain parts of the GTR2 tyre model are completely hashed (ie instead of making physics for the lateral and longitudinal flexing of the tyres, the mimicked it, making a perfect simulation of a sperhical tyre, but nothing like a real one!)
