NONot entriely.It is NOT legal but allowed in small quantities and only Soft-drugs(like hash,marihuana etc.). You'd better have a read-up on our legislation

For the record I don't smoke - I saw what it did to my mother and her struggle to get rid of her habit (smoke free for a year now). It was more of a social thing for her but i hate to think what it's done to her health
