I'm genuinely surprised that the Beemer is winning by such a high ratio. I always thought it was the underdog.

I prefer the 850CSi. It just seems a bit more classy and GT-ish, which is what I be wanting. I wouldn't really ever go for a 928, much prefer a 968, preferedly CS, as something more sporty.

I think that the Porsche will leave the Beamer for dead.

If I was to get a bimmer, I'd really like to have an '8'. If I wanted a Porsche, I would probably not want a 928.

Besides, how could I pass up a V12?

Its not a f***ing "beamer" or "bimmer". Its a damn "BMW" say it right if you're going to say it at all. (referring to the two posts above. IWAARS6 is exempt because he's cool )

I like the 928 GTS more because it looks really good. Just like a land shark.

i should have explained that this was why i was going to go for the bimmer, until i found myself short of having any form of track racer car today, and that any interior is superflous.

Well, I like having an interior in a car, it gives you some where to sit. Plus I can just get a track bike and be done with it. Plus, I've been a massive fan of the 850 since I got overtaken by one at 99% lightspeed one day, it was a very nice sound

Agreed. You want to call a BMW a Bimmer, be my guest. I calls it a Beemer, whether it has 2 or 4 wheels.

Who thought up that rule of calling the car Bimmer and the bike Beemer anyways?
