European cars use to be much more capable than Japanese cars and the only virtue the Japanese had was reliability. There are alot of great cars from Japan now. The Euros probably still lead the way but it's only because people are still more willing to pay more for established names from Europe. For the money the you get more from Japan. Lexus and others are encroaching but only as fast as people are willing to pay.

To call Japanese cars toys is childish. A car is just a machine and to think that only a certain region can produce a good cars is ignorant.

Euro, well mostly German cars are still better driver's cars and the Japanese are still more reliable. Things have changed and they've also stayed the same.

Its sad to see VW go down the tube, I'm not ready to accept that quite yet.

    Penticton! I'll be damned.

I always ignore Consumer Report. They once gave a new Porsche poor marks for "excessive noise".

It's a BMW. It was probably driven by a short, fat man with a beetroot coloured face with no driving skill trying to hog the road because he's arrogent so he thinks the road belongs to him. He's not in a hurry so why should everyone else be?
