Hell yes. Those 'Rados on the Ring would be fun, too. Especially if they're 1.8T swapped.

Some local roads that follow rivers are pretty fun. When I go out to California, I am planning on driving the pacific highway thing.

    Hmm, this made me think.

I'd want to go to Nurburgring in December, right before Christmas time on a day with like 5-6" of snowfall. I would proceed to bring a late 90's Mitsubishi Lancer/EVO WRC or early 80's Group B racer, like the Ford RS200 Evo. After I tear up the snow-covered ring for like 5 hours, I'd bring all of my friends over to one of the local bars, and have a nice meal with a good variety of German beers flowing all night long. Finally, since God loves me, I'd tell him to melt all the snow on the 'ring the next day so we could all get one last hot-lap on the dry tarmac, en route to our trip home on the German Audubon.. going 120+ mph the whole way through.

The first straight line fan on this thread. It took longer than I thought.

Hell yeah! I'm a road trip kind of driver, I love the open road and long-distance driving. Twisties and the like have never held any appeal for me unless it has a view to admire (like the PCH!)

The midwest has it's own appeal. I never appreciated the midwest style until I went to Chicago.

Driven: From Mexico City to Monterrey and back. Mexico has some nice interstate highways and two lane twisties.

    Want to drive: Across Europe.
