My uncle has a bog standard Ford Granada hearse methinks.

Sam - IWantAnAudiRS6 has probably seen it around his home town...

Picture #4 is actually a flower car, not a hearse. They're part of the funeral procession, but they carry the flowers, not the casket. They aren't very common nowadays, at least not in America.

When I was in high school, there was a girl who drove a 1987 Cadillac hearse; the license plate read "WDNSDAY" (after Wednesday Addams, of the Addams Family). I (and about 4 other people) got to ride in the back once.

I once saw a very impressive Princess (see the Princess 2200HLS thread) hearse in a TV series. I'd really like to see a few pictures of that one!

Here you go. Don't know if it's the one, but it's an Austin Princess.
Plus one pic of a stretched Princess.

    Next request please!

It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Does one need a special license to drive a hearse or is it just a normal license?

Thanks a lot for these pics, very nice.

However, as I remember it, the Princess Hearse I saw on TV was of a more elegant design, but I may be wrong!

Just a regular license. You don't need a flying permit, as the passenger can fly all by him/herself!

The insurance is lower though, as you don't need a passenger insurance!
