i am in no way sexist but my mother thrashes our car, she doesnt realise that how she drives is soo bad for the car.

Ah thank you for blatant sexism. If women are such bad drivers, why are their insurance rates lower (Which is directly related to the fact they have less accidents?)
Its amazing how they still have a safer "driving record" and lower insurance bills.
I think it's because the lack of driving skill is overcompensated by timid driving.
I don't hate women any more than I hate men, but it pisses me off how timid they are behind the wheel, yet still manage to do areal flips with their cars.
i have crashed a car, i spun my civic on a wet road. I admit we young men take too many risks and overestimate our skill. (if you say that does that make you sexist?) no harm intended, i will be neutral. but lets not nit pick.

Out of the group of say, 10 guys and four gals in our small little group we have, (been friends for over six or seven years) six of the guys have either written off, crashed or have been involved in a car accident, whereas none of the girls have. Even on radio, one man was served by a women after some sexist comments about "thier" driving ability. Driving stereotypes in relation to sex is probably, in my eyes, alot less noticeable in society today. At least where I am, no not in in the pantry, in Australia - but hey, might be a different story elsewhere.

Just came to memory, the same radio program highlighed, in Western Australia, road casualties and accidents caused by women were significantly less than those caused by men, ill see if I can dig up these figures, and I know for certain it linked in with the cheaper insurance rates etc. etc.
Where the stereotypes arrive? Our impatience in car parks, perhaps pressure when we are in the passenger seats and our lady friend is in the driver seat? A bit from column A and a bit from column B.
