Then you don't need hi-res pics. If all you need is a shadow, any pic will do, and you just wanted us to lose some time with you.
There's absolutely no way you can use a hi-res pic like that, free of charge. So, to avoid a mess, go through image banks and search for nice prices.
For example www.indexstock.com or www.gettyimages.com/.

Well we are currently just playing aroudn a bit with designs and idea's... We'll see what comes out of it I promise i will post it. The max. release date has been set to two weeks from now.

exactly Plus if i still find it necasary i will contact any publisher/website to ask for it,i know the way copyright works mate

its more than just asking for it, theyre going to want you to PAY them for it. if you have a budget for this and plan on doing that then go for it, but people arent happy when their copyrighted material is "stolen."
