    Road safety campaign sponsors new seat belt design

    The Arrive Alive campaign is sponsoring a seatbelt modification that they believe will reduce the road death toll by as much as 45% and are encouraging all drivers to have them fitted. Once proven, they may be made mandatory.

    That picture is not accurate. The seatbelt always slides between the bewbies, its a well known fact. Same with one strap book bags.
