Lexus LS600h - Lexus in general for redefining the true meaning of what a luxury car is. So my vote goes to the LS600h as their latest interpretation; reliable (still just another Toyota), economical (20 city/24 hwy), and powerful (430 HP).

Porsche 911 - For staying true to an ideal and still keeping up with the times.

Honda Fit - Giving the customer world-class technology for a bargain price.

Pagani - Upstaging the entrenched brands in the segment.

For any Euro people, the Honda Fit is the Honda US name for the Honda Jazz.

    My votes:

    VW Golf GTI DSG
    BMW 335i and 335d
Bugatti Veyron - Everything a supercar should have, including the price.

    Runnerups, Miata Hardtop, 997 Turbo.

p.s Is the Zonda F really 2006?, because I would think on trading it for the Veyron.

p.s.s I disagree on the the full line method. I donīt really like the new 3 series, I like the previous line better, but those biturbo engines make me drool...

The Pagani Zonda F is still quite a recent car, so I'm accepting it for now
I'm afraid this is a signature, a very pathetic one.

How bout R8 and 8C ? Both are finalized and officially released in 2006, thou production won't start till 2007. Can i recast my vote and change my options since it covers a very wide aspect.

As long as the car has been released in 2006 I don't mind.

Here goes mind, scrap the Avant bullshit i had about (LoL)

    1. Audi R8 - As i said, it's the approach we want to see, something that isn't trying to linger on to the past to capitalize on the glories from something that had nothing to do with it.

    2. Bugatti Veryon - A new benchmark of what supercars should be like.

    3. VW Golf GTi DSG - The very first I'll-do-that-for-you-gearbox that's better.

It's funny how all my nominations are from VAG, but it does seem so, they are really churning out better, innovative ideas than any of the other marques in these 2 years. Twin charge, DSG, Veyron etc....

I'm closing the nominations this time in two days. So if there is anyone who wants to place last minute nominations, please do so.
