I'm afraid this is a signature, a very pathetic one.

From that list? None. I'm giving my vote to the MX-5 though.

I find them to be all exceptionally good cars..... I found it hard to choose.

    Did you nominate any cars?

The VE Commodore should be there.

Timeh, next time make a PUBLIC poll, so we can see who voted for what.

Only 6 days for nominations and 7 days for voting, it seems a little rushed to me! I didn't even know a nominations thread existed.

Considering this the first time it has been run... it hasn't gone too bad. We all learn from mistakes, and I'm sure the person who runs it next year will make sure it's even better and grabs even more attention.

It's not the first time. I believe it has been attempted before and failed dismally.

My vote is for the C6... It's the only useful and good price/quality balanced car of the all.

You should look at factors like: price, quality, usefulness and certainly not performance. Look at the poll... almost all of the cars are far above $50,000. That's not really for the public eh? If you look at the most carmagazines and their 'Car of the Year' you come up with cars like the Fors S-Max, the C4 Picasso and cars like that. Because they are useful, have a goal (transport you family) and aren't very expensive to drive (fuel consumption), their equipment (A/C, 7 seats).

So the only car that comes close to those categories for me is the Citroën...

They're all good cars, just not "car of the year" material for me.

    I didn't nominate any car.
