Why did that one sell for 150 times more than most of your other photoshops ($20 each)?

Also, photoshops are NOT paintings! If anything, you could call yours photographs, but I don't think you are the photographer.

I'm sorry but for a "professional", that second picture is preschool. Come to think of it, that second picture is preschool by anybodys standards. MS Paint anyone? The first picture I quite like, but then that is not a chop and thus you do not have to worry about realism. Realism isn't your thing, but your artistic pieces I'm quite fond of. I think you should post more of them

The second picture is NOT finished, That is just the Grounding for the painting to come out of.
I do not call them photographs because they are "Digital Paintings"..electrograms are what I call them. if you want a name or classification for this type of mixed media form.

...Granted your understanding of that , I will and THX to all for your comments, I will continue to bring interest as best I can to these pages & expose some of you to another & new ways of looking at the "chopping arts".

i see your point MDM, but why dont you do the rest of the car, back ground, and anything else that you didn't put on there...
ends up just looking like a crappy chop instead of intentional

Hehehe! I consider it more like graphic art then painting. Like my first pic I am posting and the second one I would really consider painting because the artist used photoshop brushes to make it from scratch!

Painterr, yeah ur def on the right track there, it def a form of graphic image processing art, at it's basic technical level, which is why the "images" are available in various media forms to fit each use & price point.

Then again, as for "creating from scratch", we do that as well...(see attached), but IMO, be it a photo or drawing or just digital creation to originate from...the intent of the artist is what determines it's position in the various media disiplines. We are focused on the digital painting concept, because it is a developing fine art in our estimation, and offers a wide open territory for definition and potential.

Of course, we understand that a certian resistance is to be expected in any new direction, but the persistence and dedication of the artist always prevails in the final judgement of true innovative work. We beleive that our work at the studio does fit into that category of endevour.

I think ur refering to the Lambo race pix ?....it is not finished yet as I said, this is the "undercoat" from which the final image will emerge.
