    i actually find the gulf livery incredibly tacky.

    Definitely the Gulf livery. The Porsche 917 and GT40 look gorgeous in those colours.

    This one is the best ever, Peter Brocks VK Commodore with the dayglo paint. Yummmm. And Im a Ford fanatic... I liked John Bowes 200th round commemorative car till he binned it in race two at Puke-akoey last year.

    im not much into the gulf livery, but you gotta hand it to them that they have been very consistent over the last 45 years or so.

    That's true but they are not the only ones, like Marlboro and Rothmans for instance, altough not over such a longe period of time, admitedly.
