Just installed ZoneAlarm. My computer speeded up like considerably once Norton was gone. ThanksNever. Install. Norton.

Sorry for reviving this old thread.
BUT I was a smart-ass to format my C-drive (luckily I made backups), without being able to re-install Windows.
Now, temporarily, I am running an even older PC with Windows ME and a 800x600 monitor, so there's a lot of scrolling going on in the Hide Out ... However, I would like to re-install ZoneAlarm on that though.
But looks like version available does not run on ME, and all other versions got their links removed. Is a free firewall too good to be true @ 2007?
Any other firewall solutions for my crappy old PC?
Thanks in advance.
