    For me it's the other way round. It's how the photo looks that's important, if the subject is interesting - it gets better. But give me a perfect shot of a fork and a poor shot of an FXX and I'll go for the first at once.

    I cant decide between the two.

    There are good and bad points for both, but both are equally very good photos. This argument in photography is neverending. Photography is about subject, setup etc etc but at the end of the day its how the photo makes you feel personally that defines whether or not its successful in your eyes. Everyones eyes are different.
