Norwegian Epic, Cattle carrier 4100 people

Just called at Rotterdam on her maiden trip from the French (Korean owned) Atlantique shipyard at St. Nazaire, via Rotterdam, to Southampton. No passengers yet, she will be stationed in Miami.
Second largest passengership in the world, named after Lotus Locust....

They're not great on the wavey trips, for sure.

But they're fairly stable things. I just would never take a cruise because A) I'm under 70 and B) old people are renowned for their ability to steal your youth through osmosis.

draft is only 8 metres, length 333...However all the stuff above main deck is pretty light compared to the heavy machinery sitting in the hull of the ship. Stabilisers are huge, so looks are deceptive.

That's possibly the least elegant cruise ship ever, should fit right into Miami style. 4100 capacity?!?
At some ports of call it will be like a swarm of locusts descending so the name fits...
