Two More Videos

I added two more videos to my youtube collection.

I was parking my '66 Plymouth (with 383-4 bbl) in its usual place on the side of the driveway and got out to make sure it was far enough to the side and was enjoying the sound the 383 was making at idle. So I grabbed my digital camera and made a short video of it idling and a few engine revs. I think it sounds pretty good for a stock 383. And it sure is nice to hear that sound again. (My '69 Cadillac makes a similar sound but it is muffled much more.) Turn up the volume!

I like the Town Car. Every time I arrive at an airport and am in need of a driver, I always look for the Town Cars first. Very smooth, comfortable ride, and good engines in them too. The 4.6L V8s easily go in excess of half a million kilometers.

Ah the Town Car, it's hard to believe looking at them now but I remember seeing them in movies and just thinking they were the pinnacle of corporate motoring. Being Australian never saw any in person though.

Yes, the Town Cars make popular taxis. I've seen quite a few of those out here. And requested a TC taxi a few times.
