I'm going with 'other' and since Chris is being a fanboy, I will too. I'd have either of the two LHD Tuscan Ss, which is an awkward pluralization, that are sitting at TVR Deutschland. Preferably the lightweight, but it wouldn't really matter.

i would definitely take the csl first, just add in the air conditioning and maybe a radio.the subtlety does it for me, only people who knew cars would know it was a csl. anybody see the episode where they ran it for top gear?

I would choose the BMW M3 CSL which is my favourite car of all time and I am not just saying that because I am a BMW fanboy.

You know what would be interesting? If GM made a track day version of the Z06.

Wouldn't that just be the Blue Devil that they were planning to do?

I would pick the 997 GT3 RS of this bunch. Great looks, wonderful flat six, a great, focused car.

The Italian Stalion I don't like very much. It's not even out yet. It's expensive anyway.

The BMW CSL I'd choose second place. It looks great, but I'd pick the Porsche over the BMW. Still a wonderful car, a bit short on power though (compared to the others).

According to Jeremy Clarkson, the BMW has cardboard in the boot in replacement for carpeting.

Is it true or is it just another part of his humor?

As far as I know, it's gonna have a 600+ HP engine. But I'm not sure if it's gonna be a striped out, light weight version as these other cars. I doubt it.

    My thoughts exactly.

I love Ferrari, but say I had the money to buy it. I can't see myself taking it to anything else aside from the office and a trackday. I can see someone taking the Porsche to the market to pick up a few things.

That's the other reason I didn't pick the CSL, it's the least powerfull of the 3. Maybe it's light enough that the power to wieght ratio makes it just as fast as the others. I don't have the specs to comprare and feel to lazy today to look. The CSL version of the new V8 M3 should be sweet.

If you can afford the Ferrari you are most probably going to have at least another car...

It was a joke...but you're right, anyone who buys a CS will most likely have another car.

Oh yeah, no doubt. Something you could take to the supermarket. But come to think of it, say you were driving back from the track in the Ferrari and needed to stop someware to buy something. The only disadvantage would be that you would need to be prepared to answer all the questions from the mob that form around the car.

I put forward an honourable mention for the Aston Martin Vantage N24.

If you are going to have a "road-racer" you might as well do it properly.
    Thanks for all the fish

N24? Why not just go for a DBRS9 then? Or is the N24 roadlegal?
