    Its a "high visability" deterrant, that is IF its anything like the cars they use like this in australia. it just drives around and isnt allowed to be used in chases etc.

    Actually, I don't think it's being built.

    And if it ever had the reliability exhibited by 5th Gear and Top Gear, it'll never run without being in the garage for 3/4 of its service.
