So then why ask the question if you already are quite sure.

Saab is Scandinavian, and I'm pretty sure that almost every single member on this board knows this, which makes it a rather ignorant seeming question.

It's NOT a Saab, and TVR I'd be extremely surprised if you found the car that these headlights belong to.
